Most those reviews form he's friends also I never go there again rude owner and bad service also they charge me twice and I refer a group from my co-workers they said suck and empty place 👎

Great place for Moroccan food in particular!

I love the Kasbah! Nasser welcomes you into his restaurant as if you were entering his home, he treats you like you are family. Always warm and gracious, food is always amazing, friendly staff, belly dancers, hookah outside in the summer weather.

is the worst place I have ever been to. How come you charged me $22 dollar for small cup Absolut mix with red bull . I will never go back to this uncomfortable place again. do not waste your time or money!!!!

Some of the most flavorful food I've ever had. The bartender was also very friendly and helpful with ordering.

I'm a frequent customer to this establishment. Located right in the heart of the wonderful town of Winthrop by the sea.Great atmosphere, amazing authentic Moroccan cuisine, friendly staff, live entertainment, belly dancers, ample parking, local friendly crowd.The minute you walk into the Kasbah you will experience Moroccan hospitality and a taste of that amazing culture thanks to Nasser (chef and owner).I'm a foodie; and always in a hunt for diverse spots. Unfortunately the Boston metro area does not offer too many options. This spot is must visit and worth checking out.

The food here is always great!! We ordered Mussels and also the fried Calamari. Generous portions and were delicious. The calamari dipping sauce is great I would eat this on everything!!!

We went to have dinner with my girlfriend late night. It was ok. But my 1 star is because they were holding a latino party after we finished our meal on saturday september 2nd. We just stayed there dancing among everyone else. And suddenly a body guard took as outside with violence. We didnt understand and complained about it. He explained us that the girl (half bold) in the entrance gave him the instructions. Then they explained us that we were supoused to pay a cover. We would have payed for it without any problem. But the they took us out was totally inappropriate. We were discriminates for being white people.

This is my new spot I smoke hookah all time and I can tell you these guys know what they are doing you won't go wrong.

The waitress was very friendly, Diana. She made great recommendations. I ordered Ziti vegetale. Food tastes great. Drink is on point. Awesime experience.

I went there with some friends , we enjoyed our night . The food was great . We had some appetizers, hummus , eggplant and grape leaves , it was a good start ,. Then our entrées came , the lamb tagine was very moist , tender and tasty . The chicken tagine with preserved lemon was amazing and the couscous was delicious . The atmosphere was incredible , that night there was a belly dancer , she was very entertaining . We had a really good night , for sure we would be back . If u want good Moroccan food I highly recommend to go to the kasbah and don't forget to order Moroccan tea .

Every time I go to Kasbah I have such an amazing time, the environment is perfect, relaxing and very traditional. The food is also very good, my favorite the spicy meatballs and the salmon plate. They have a variety of traditional plates as well. This is the perfect place to go out for girls night or to go on a date. I also love that they have hooka, because theres not many places around this area that do. Let me not forget the drinks, which are yummy and great price.

It definitely has potential - one visit a couple years ago was terrific, with authentic Moroccan specialties served hot and fresh with excellent service and housemade desserts. Subsequent visits more recently have been marked by a sharp decline in quality. Order a bottle of wine and receive a corked glass of wine. Desserts all brought in from the supermarket. Food served cold and congealed. Service ranging from spotty to non-existent. I happen to love authentic Moroccan food and would like to see this place come back.

Good drinks

I love Morroccan food, and Nasser's dishes are amazing. Best salads, soups, appetizers. I love the lamb dishes, and my favorite is the chicken dish over couscous with braised vegetables. Love to have my Kasbah Martini. Last time I was there it was a great time, friendly bartender who use to work there was helping out. James always serves his costumers with a great drink, smile and a good time. I wish more people would take the chance and go there to eat. Nasser makes the best pasta dishes, pizza, and desserts. You will love his presentation and love he puts into his food. I was there two weeks ago.

French fries weren’t even cooked correctly. They were dry and tasteless. We spend over $100 for 3 ppl and the food was horrible.

Very skeptical when I first walked in as no one else was there on a Saturday night but the food was actually really good!

It was my first time at this place. I ordered a calamari appetizer. The food tasted like it just came out of a freezer and then not cooked well. It was just plain gross. After 20 minutes I ran to the bathroom in the restaurant to puke. Everything was highly priced. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

How come you charged me $90 and you don’t even know if you have a table for me?? What a SHAME!! The manager is very rude and unprofessional. All they care about is money. The food was cold and the service was very ridiculous. I will never go back to this uncomfortable place again.

Careful !Careful !I came twice to this restaurant and paid them with credit card, they are up-using my credit card charging it with no rights! while I am in KSA, be careful of giving them your credit card.

I admire this spot! They provide splendid meals, their menu is large, The chief cook in that spot is a real pro, I love a lot eating all their food. The food is always of high class, the attitude towards the clients is very good too. I frequently visit this place and I was never unhappy. I recommend it to all my friends.

Familiar place with an exotic flair! Kasbah is located right in the middle of Winthrop, yet has a friendly Moroccan warmth. Service is prompt and polite. Drinks are strong and reasonably priced. Atmosphere is soothing with candlelight at each table. Hookahs are great with good variety. Food is wonderfully mouthwatering.Highly recommended!

Rude service. Tried to bring my friends in from a different town and he would not take us because they did not have local ids lol. Ridiculous.

I'm sure everybody heard about the delicious Moroccan cuisine so you don't have to travel all the way to north Africa the .food is authentic and delicious and the atmosphere is unforgettable

Great food and ambiance, the first place I have been to where you don't have to order really from the menu, just let chef Nasser surprise you.

Great food, good seatings, and service. Always love their tagines not too sweet. Salmon dishes are good too. Bread was a highlight super soft in the middle and crispy on the outside.

Always feels like home

If you haven't visited Kasbah - Do!! - The food is amazing, the staff is friendly - you don't wait long for service. There is a reason I keep going back - otherwise I wouldn't go. You tend to run to the same faces which is not a bad thing, but at times, you do meet new people which is not bad either. The owner is pretty cool, they have belly dancers a couple of nights a week, they have hookahs on one side, dinner area on the dinner side, the place is beautifully decorated, great music. Hidden gem - Go in one of these nights - they make some amazing drinks, especially the martinis :-).

Get the Cigar Appetizers. And make sure you check out Latin Nights. Great music, dancing and drinks. I love it here
